Shipping policy

LOST SAMPLES delivers internationally, to a vast majority of countries. All of our shipments are sent by a courier with tracking services.

The cost and time of delivery depends on the region of residence. Additionally, the courier we use to ship your order may vary depending on your region of residence. 

Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package becomes undeliverable, it may be lost, discarded, or destroyed by the carrier. LOST SAMPLES is not responsible for packages lost due to address errors. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these cases. 

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping courier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery shifts to the courier. At this point LOST SAMPLES no longer has direct control over the package.
